Hand-assembled • Frequency-infused • Made just for you

Does this feel familiar?

You set intentions… but they don't seem to stick.

You sit down to meditate and your mind races. You want to let go of fear, stress or old patterns, or welcome in love, abundance and peace, yet the energy feels scattered and the words fade by morning.

Ritual gives your intention a home.

Dr. Traci Hill, PhD, DNM, Doctor of Natural Medicine and Quantum Medicine Practitioner, believes in frequency and the power of ritual. Each Wick'd Intentions bag pairs sacred tools you choose with a frequency you select, so when you light your candle, you anchor your affirmation with focus and purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use my Wick'd Intentions bag?
Create a quiet space, place your crystal, totem and herb in a small bowl of rice.  Place your candle in the rice, light it, and speak or meditate on your affirmation. Use it to release what you're letting go of or to call in what you desire.
How do I choose the right items?
Trust your intuition. Choose the colors, crystal, totem and herb that call to you and align with your intention. There is no wrong choice when it comes from your heart.
What does frequency infusion mean?
Before shipping, Dr. Hill embeds your selected frequency, such as Love, Abundance or Inner Peace, into every item in your bag to support your intention.
How long does the candle burn?
Each 4-inch ritual candle is designed for a single focused ritual of about 1–2 hours. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Can I order more than one bag?
Absolutely. Many people create one bag to let go and another to bring in. They also make meaningful gifts. Questions? Email changeyourlife@consciousevolution.coach.
