The women I work with aren't broken.

That's why I don't start with a protocol.

Why I Do This Work
Healing doesn’t happen in one way or on one timeline. My mission is to help you, the one still here reading this, become a stronger voice in her own healing. To gain the wisdom and tools to become fully present in life and wake up each day in love and joy.


What the first week is designed to support
The first week inside The Becoming Space isn’t about change or outcomes.

It’s about creating enough support and orientation for your system to begin settling into something new.

For many women, this looks like:
  • Feeling more whole and integrated within themselves
  • Reconnecting with a sense of inner authority and personal agency
  • Becoming clearer about what supports their emotional and physical wellbeing
  • Experiencing relief from the pressure to fix or push
These shifts don’t come from doing more.
They come from being met with the right kind of support at the right pace.
As your system begins to feel supported, trusting your own inner guidance often becomes easier and more natural.

I didn't arrive here easily, though.
In 2000 I was given a "life sentence" diagnosis of Mulitple Sclerosis by 3 different doctors.  They all wanted me to take medications that came with a long list of side effects.  I was scared, confused and stressed by all the decisions I felt looming on me.  While the diagnosis was scary enough, the medications felt even worse.  So I set out to understand root cause and how to heal myself.  It wasn't an easy journey but I am so glad I did it.  I have been symptom-free and medication-free since 2004.  I am the healthiest I have been and now help others achieve their health goals.
